Sales Policies
Our prices are based on the official face value ticket price plus an administration charge and a brokerage fee this includes ticket deliveries.
Our prices DO NOT change and are not affected by popular demand, we will guarantee prices while supplies last.
LIMITED QUANTITIES AVAILABLE.
Our ticket supplies derive in whole or in part from the 32 participating official member associations with a 12% stake of the purchasable tickets and other sources for each of their matches respectively.
Even though official ticket sales is not starting until the beginning of 2009, as authorized by our parent company we are selling 5000 any match tickets and accepting another 5000 reservations.
Purchased tickets are guarantied and reserved tickets are on a first come first serve basis and only while supplies last.
- A ticket is considered PURCHASED once FULL payment is confirmed.
- A ticket is considered RESERVED once a 50% deposit is confirmed.
- You may PURCHASE a RESERVED ticket at any time by completing payment.
- For tickets RESERVED you will be contacted by e.mail with instructions to complete purchase, but not until Dec 2008.
- Follow my Team tickets in all categories are for purchase only and NOT available to be RESERVED.
- Follow My Team Elimination round is 4 matches.
- Follow My Team Final rounds is 4 matches.
- Follow My Team Full Tournament is 8 matches.
- Follow My Team final round and full tournament ticket holders have access to 3rd place or Consolation Match.
Purchased tickets must have a requested TEAM to FOLLOW and will have preference over the tickets available but we can not guarantee a specific match at this time although we will try our best to accommodate requests once the official schedule is available, this rule applies only to the first round of matches. If your team has been eliminated you can chose to return your ticket for a full refund to one of our representatives in the hosting city and a full refund will be issued or you can chose a Venue of interest ( example: suppose your team would have been scheduled to play at Pretoria
have they won the previous match, then you may go and watch the following scheduled match at that same stadium).
If your team does not qualify for the tournament you can request a refund up to or before March 2010 and 100% of you payment will be refunded to you minus any charges incurred, after March 31, 2010 there will be a DEDUCTION charge of 20% for the total value of your purchase. Another option is request another team of your preference and we will try our hardest to accommodate the changes.
Currently all available tickets on sale are from our TEAM Series these will entitle ticket holders to watch the chosen team at the scheduled venue.
These policies pertain ONLY to the Fifa World Cup Tournament 2010 in South Africa and are in addition to our General Company policies.
These are just the first wave of tickets available for pre-sale until the official sale begins, with over 3 million saleable tickets our goal is to capitalize on large quantities of tickets from proven reliable sources and provide our valued costumers with first class entertainment at affordable prices.
All ticket prices are based on official face value pricing plus a 25ˆ administration charge by the Partners Group and a 20% brokerage fee is also included in the final ticket pricing. Our prices are maintained regardless of ticket demands.
